MRICS Building Surveyor - Consultancy 2-3 jobs per week - L2 / L3 work, Quality over quantity

Established independent requires a reliable self employed or ltd owner to carry out L2 / L3 work on a fee split basis.

The bulk of work is across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire, so ideally you will live within a reasonable radius of these counties. You may operate under your PI or theirs; this will likely affect the proposed fee split (60/40 in your favour or 50/50).

2-3 jobs per week commitment required, with full control of your diary. Average fees: L2 £600 - £750 and L3 £900 - £1500.

All figures quoted above are approximate; there may be additional car allowance or bonus payments.
