With 2-4 years of post-qualified experience and MRICS status, you'll apply your background in core building surveying work-including dilapidations, party wall matters, contract admin, residential schemes and repair projects-across both professional and project-led instructions.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering contracts across a range of project sizes

• Handling party wall matters with confidence and accuracy
• Developing and maintaining planned maintenance schedules
