Job summary

Bupa Cromwell Hospital in London seeks an experienced MRI Services Operational Lead to oversee the MRI department, ensuring safe, efficient diagnostics and excellent patient care within a private hospital setting.

Reporting to the Head of Diagnostics, you will manage staffing, governance, QA and service performance, lead a multidisciplinary MRI team, drive improvements, ensure MRI safety compliance and collaborate with clinicians to optimise patient pathways.

Qualifications

• Essential: B.Sc. Hons in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
• Extensive post-graduate MRI experience in a clinical setting.
• HCPC registration is required.
• Knowledge of AI and optimisation applied to MRI operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall MRI service performance, governance and QA.
• Lead the multidisciplinary MRI team to deliver safe, efficient diagnostic services.
• Drive service performance, patient experience and efficiency improvements.
