Job summary

The Cromwell Hospital is seeking an experienced MRI Services Operational Lead to oversee the MRI department’s performance and workforce at our West London site. You will drive clinical and operational excellence, ensure safety, and partner with senior clinicians to optimise patient pathways.

Joining a private hospital environment, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, manage governance, and deliver high-quality diagnostic services while maintaining excellent staff engagement and growth

Qualifications

• Experience leading MRI services in a hospital setting.
• Strong governance and QA knowledge within radiology.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MRI service performance, workforce planning and governance.
• Lead senior MRI radiographers and clinical leads.
• Drive service improvements, patient experience and efficiency.
• Ensure MRI safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Lead audits, quality assurance programmes and CQC readiness.
