Job summary

Circle Health Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Radiographer with MRI experience to join The Saxon Clinic. This part-time role covers 36 hours per week with a permanent contract; you will perform a wide range of diagnostic radiographic procedures and work with radiologists and the imaging team to ensure high-quality images and patient care.

Applicants should hold a BSc(Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography, HCPC registration, and knowledge of IR(ME)R, with excellent communication and team-working

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
• HCPC registration as a Diagnostic Radiographer.
• Experience in general radiographic techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of IR(ME)R, health & safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of diagnostic radiographic procedures (e.g., X-rays, theatre, fluoroscopy, mobiles).
• Ensure high-quality images to support accurate diagnosis and minimise repeats.
• Adapt techniques for paediatrics, bariatrics and patients with limited mobility.
• Provide a safe, dignified, patient-centred service and keep patients informed.
• Monitor patients and respond to signs of deterioration during procedures.
• Ensure equipment is checked, maintained and used safely.
• Assist in adopting new imaging technologies and digital systems (PACS, RIS).
• Collaborate with radiologists, consultants, nurses, porters and admin teams.
