Job summary

InHealth Group Limited in the UK is seeking a Clinical Assistant at Wansbeck to welcome patients and prepare them for MRI scans, ensuring a smooth patient journey from arrival to departure.

You will support clerical and clinical teams, handle data entry, bookings, and payments, and may cover shifts at other Northumbria sites. The role offers hybrid working and a strong focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of health and safety and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients in a professional, courteous manner from arrival to departure.
• Escorts patients and explains procedures, addressing questions professionally.
• Completes pre-scan data protection/consent forms and health and safety questionnaires.
• Monitors patient condition after procedures and reports changes.
• Delivers high-quality patient care and maintains patient-focused service.
• Enters patient data accurately into the management system.
• Manages unit administration: responding to enquiries and bookings, invoices/payments.
