Job summary

SUEZ in Manchester is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the on-site management team in the safe and efficient operation of the process facility. You will help increase plant reliability and maintain quality, while driving continuous improvement.

Your duties include manually sorting, segregating and removing contaminants from waste streams for recycling, operating a static plant, and assisting in site operations with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely in a production environment.
• Good eye for detail and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on role handling waste streams.

About the role

• Youwill assist the on site management team with the safe and efficient operation of the process facility.

What will I be doing?

Your main duties will incorporate manually sorting, segregating and removing contaminates from various waste streams for recycling, operate static plant and generally assist in the operations of the site, so you will need a good eye for detail.
