What you'll be doing;



-Oversee site safety and environmental compliance, including waste management documentation

-Lead HSE initiatives ensuring wellbeing of staff, visitors, and contractors

-Manage P&L and budgets, including annual forecasting

-Direct waste treatment operations in accordance with permits and regulations

-Supervise maintenance team to optimize plant performance and efficiency

-Drive team development through training and performance management

-Deliver business objectives while maintaining strong client relationships




What we're looking for;



-Certificate of technical competence or equivalent (desirable)

-IOSH Qualification

-Previous management experience

-Good knowledge of waste legislation
