The Venue at MR PORTER London is part of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP, delivering a unique dining and drinks experience. We are seeking a Head Bartender who brings passion for mixology, a strong service ethos, and the drive to lead a team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in bartending.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Lead a team of bartenders and maintain high service standards.
• London resident or commuting able to work in London.
• UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and control costs.
• Develop and curate an exceptional cocktail menu that complements MR PORTER's brand identity.
