MPG | Senior Software Engineer

Your mission:

You will collaborate with leading game companies, designing and implementing new features, fixing bugs, developing new technology, and pushing gaming boundaries.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and implement functionality for external clients
• Collaborate effectively and prioritize team success
• Handle implementation across Multiplayer, UI, and Core Tech on various platforms
• Identify potential risks in solutions
• Mentor team members as needed
• Solve problems using sound software engineering principles
• Minimize technical and maintenance issues
• Champion quality in development processes

What we'll need from you:

• Experience in mobile game development (iOS preferred, Android a bonus)
• Excellent C++ programming skills
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze directions
• Technical insight and timely task completion
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Debugging and optimization expertise

What would help:

• Experience in commercial game development, with at least two titles shipped
• Development experience on consoles like PS4/PS5 and XboxOne/SeriesX
• Knowledge of Unreal (UE4/UE5), Unity, or proprietary engines
• Perforce experience
