Job description

As a Lead Engineer at MPG, you will have a great balance of leadership and technical responsibility. You will contribute through hands-on programming while leading a team of highly motivated engineers, nurturing team spirit, and encouraging them to produce exceptional results.

You will work with industry giants to design features, solve complex problems, and push boundaries, with the ultimate goal of helping your team succeed and grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Lead a team of Principal, Senior, and Software Engineers, managing performance and development to ensure exceptional service to our clients.
  2. Design and implement functionality for external clients.
  3. Handle implementation in areas including gameplay, AI, UI, Multiplayer, and Core Tech.
  4. Identify and highlight potential risks in ongoing solutions.
  5. Solve problems using sound software engineering principles.
  6. Work to minimize technical and maintenance issues.
  7. Champion quality in The Multiplayer Group and client development processes.

  • Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

  • Experience with platforms such as PC and consoles.
