Job description

Wales | Lower Caseload | Supportive Management | 6 month rolling contracts | Stability!

Exciting opportunity for Social workers! Relocate to picturesque Wales for Winter!

Are you a dedicated social worker looking for a change of scenery and a fresh challenge this Winter? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking passionate and experienced social workers to join dynamic teams across Wales, including LAC, Safeguarding, MASH, Duty & Assessment, and potentially even fostering.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a vibrant community while enjoying the stunning landscapes of Wales.

Maybe you are looking for somewhere quieter outside of the suburbs of major cities and a lesser caseload in order to enjoy your free time.

We work with a variety of local authorities across Wales, all with at least a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating. Alongside this, you will be based across the greatest towns/villages allowing you to enjoy your time away from work.

Our unique approach involves direct communication with hiring managers, meaning that we do not operate with vendors or third parties. Direct communication allows a quick, thorough approach alongside honest and straight recruitment to help deliver you the best possible exclusive service.

We offer weekly in-depth discussions with your consultants to allow a thorough process, a service which has over 520 5* Google reviews, as well as an exclusive loyalty bonus.

As this is a statutory role, you are required to have a Social Work qualification and full registration to Social Care Wales.

If you do not have Social Care Wales registration, you can make an application which we can discuss further (this can take up to 12 weeks).
