Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the movement of personal effects worldwide, focusing on customer service and quality standards. You will advise and inform our corporate customers, maintain communication throughout the move, and track progress using our operating system. Ensuring internal departments and partner agents meet customer expectations and KPIs is essential.
