Overview

Our client is one of the world's most recognised names in the removals industry. They are expanding their team and are looking for people who have corporate move management experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and information to corporate customers with a high regard for customer service and quality standards.
  • Closely monitor the tracking of consignments worldwide via the centralised system, ensuring all internal departments, sister companies and agents adhere to customer expectations.
  • Manage the shipment of individual clients goods on behalf of corporate accounts.
  • Move Manage complete door to door services for each posting.
  • Provide complete customer service.
  • Liaise with agent network and internal departments for operational requirements.
  • Manage financial and operational processes through the operational system (Navision).
  • Manage financials of each file in line with contracted rates and specification.
  • Issue and collection of PMR from officer at end of move.
  • Undertake any additional admin duties as time permits and as required.

  • Ability to track and coordinate consignments globally and work with multi-department and agent networks.
  • Proficiency in managing financials and documentation using Navision or similar systems.
