Move Coordinator

RELOcruitment are excited to be partnering with a highly regarded removals and storage company to find a Sales & Move Coordinator to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to play a key role in delivering an exceptional moving experience. You'll be the vital link between customers, sales, operations, and crew — ensuring everything runs smoothly from enquiry through to move day.

What You'll Do:

1. Handle customer enquiries and provide quotations
2. Manage survey appointments and sales follow-ups
3. Coordinate domestic moves, both operationally and administratively
4. Liaise with clients, crews, third parties, and suppliers
5. Maintain proactive communication throughout the customer journey
6. Resolve any issues and support a smooth move experience

What We're Looking For:

1. Strong coordination and customer service skills
2. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
3. Experience in domestic removals is essential
4. Knowledge of Moveware is a bonus, but not essential
5. A friendly, proactive, and detail-driven team player
