In March 2025, the Government announced a national initiative to expand access to supervised toothbrushing programmes and embed oral health education across communities. Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is enhancing its mouth care training provision to support schools and community settings across the region.
We are excited to offer a 12 month fixed-term Mouth Care Trainer position to help deliver this vital work. The role will support the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mouth care education and training across a range of settings, including hospitals, schools, health centres, and community hubs.
Please note: Flexible working: We welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time hours. Eligibility: This role is not limited to dental professionals. We welcome applications from Nurse Associates and other registered healthcare professionals with an interest in oral health and patient education.
