Job summary

Proftech Talent is seeking a Moulding Operative to join our production team in Telford. You will support moulding, finishing, and product removal, contributing to on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

You will work across departments, maintain quality and safety standards, and participate in ongoing improvement. The role may involve shifts and requires a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in moulding operations and production environments.
• Ability to work across departments and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate moulding lines and load tools and ovens.
• Carry out finishing, trimming and removal of finished product.
• Support maintenance of tools and frames and keep areas tidy.
• Follow ISO 9001 procedures and testing guidelines for quality.
• Work flexibly across departments to meet production targets.
• Communicate effectively with the Team Leader and colleagues.
