Job description

Are you a proactive leader with exceptional organisational skills? One of the leading international tyre manufacturers is seeking an experienced Motorsport Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Location: Didcot

Your Role:

  1. Manage warehouse layout, personnel, and equipment to maximise efficiency.
  2. Oversee inventory movement and records, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  3. Plan maintenance schedules for equipment, ensuring safety and optimal performance.
  4. Coordinate vehicle fleet management, including servicing and MOTs.
  5. Supervise loading and unloading shipments with precision and care.
  6. Assist with property and building maintenance tasks.
  7. Lead health and safety management and reporting processes.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in warehouse management and computer systems.
  2. A valid Driving License and FLT License.
  3. Strong organizational and logistical skills, with an eye for detail.
  4. Effective leadership and clear communication skills.
  5. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  6. A team-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities.
