Rally Prep are seeking a dedicated and skilled specialist to oversee our workshop operations and help lead the next phase of growth for our business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in working in motorsport and/or specialist automotive, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of project activity at Rally Prep including service and maintenance, motorsport preparation, restoration and specialist build projects, managing the team, maintaining workshop standards, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest quality to delight our clients.
The role, supported by the Operations Supervisor and finance team, will include liaising with customers to establish the scope and specification of works to be undertaken, estimating and quoting of project work, scheduling of activities, overseeing service delivery and ensuring works are undertaken to the required levels of quality and timeliness to delight our customers.
The role will also support the Commercial Director in securing new work and growing the business, planning and delivering show/open day and promotional activities and developing relationships with motorsport and enthusiast car clubs.
