Job summary

Alpine F1 Team in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to join our Quality Control team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will inspect metallic and composite components against engineering drawings using GD&T and maintain traceability throughout the manufacturing process.

You’ll collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering and Manufacturing to raise non-conformances, provide first-off inspection feedback, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives in a

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings including GD&T.
• Experience with inspection equipment and materials documentation.
• Strong IT skills with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components to engineering drawings using GD&T and sampling rates.
• Verify material and treatment documentation in line with specifications.
• Use PolyWorks Inspection software.
• Document and raise non-conformances within company systems.
• Provide first-off inspection feedback to manufacturing departments.
• Maintain accurate inspection and job completion records.
• Ensure parts are correctly marked and traceable per SOPs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve issues and improve quality.
• Contribute to efficiency improvements and inspection best practice.
• Meet production deadlines using Work To Lists, DOAs and D365.
