Arden White is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for a long-term contract with a leading Formula One organization in Northamptonshire. You will lead mechanical design for various advanced technology projects and ensure engineering excellence from concept to final product.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, substantial experience in high-performance projects, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This role offers exposure to cutting-edge engineering in a collaborative environment, working alongside talented teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mechanical engineering with a focus on advanced technological projects.
• Experience in hybrid and electrical vehicle systems and detailed mechanical component design.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design of components and systems in high-performance projects.
• Deliver engineering excellence from concept through product introduction.
• Create and validate novel engineering design solutions.

Skills

3D CAD design software (preferably Siemens NX)

Mechanical, thermal, or fluidic simulations

Engineering science fundamentals

Designing engineering solutions

Detailed design of complex and highly loaded components

Education

Degree in Mechanical Engineering
