Job summary

A specialist engineering firm in Aldridge is looking for a CNC machinist to support their precision machining team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Prototrack and Siemans controllers, capable of programming 3 & 4 Axis CNC machines, and working with various materials including Aluminium, Steel, and Titanium. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Prototrack and Siemans controllers on CNC machines.
• Ability to program 3 & 4 Axis CNC machining centers.
• Experience manufacturing components in various metals.

Responsibilities

• Join a team focused on precision machining.
• Manufacture parts for Motorsport applications.
• Reverse engineer obsolete or damaged components.

Job description

OCR Engineering is a Fabrication and Machining Facility offering support to the Motorsport and performance aftermarket. Our speciality is reverse engineering obsolete or damaged parts and remanufacturing them on a one off or small batch basis.

We are looking for a CNC machinist to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have:

-Experience in Prototrack and Siemans controllers on XYZ milling machines and Lathe.
-Programming of 3 & 4 Axis CNC machining centers.
-Manufacturing parts in Aluminium, Steel & Titanium.
-CAD experience using Fusion and or Solidworks.
-Posses a high attention to detail & be able to work in a small team efficiantly.
