Hawk Hiring LTD in the Brighton area is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician or Mechanic to join our workshop near Shoreham-by-Sea. You will handle a dynamic mix of MOT testing, servicing, and repairs across all makes, with specialist modern MINI work and routine engine rebuilds.

Candidates with 2+ years of technician experience, a passion for classic vehicles and motorsport, and a Full UK driving licence are encouraged to apply. The role offers a 35k–45k salary and a weekend-free schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technician experience or NVQ Level 3.
• Passion for classic vehicles, motorsport, and all-makes servicing.
• Experience with modern diagnostic equipment; MOT tester status is a bonus.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform MOT testing, routine servicing, and general repairs.
• Specialize in modern MINI work, engine rebuilds, classic restorations, and motorsport track prep.
