Halfords in Hereford is hiring for a part-time role (16 hours per week) at Spur Retail Park. You will assist customers, fit car parts and service cycles, delivering market-leading standards of service while training to build your skills.

With rotable weekend shifts, you’ll join a team in a busy retail environment, supported by extensive training, employee benefits and opportunities to grow within the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of fittings and services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
• Work with customers in-store and in the car park to wow every customer.
• Develop practical problem-solving skills and work quickly and efficiently to meet targets.
