Job summary

Pembrok Resourcing LTD in Abingdon is seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician to service, diagnose, and repair motorcycles, delivering high-quality workmanship. You will work with leading motorcycle brands and enjoy a supportive team environment.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, relevant motorcycle qualifications, and a passion for bikes. A full motorcycle licence is preferred. Attractive basic salary with OTE and ongoing manufacturer training are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Motorcycle Technician or Mechanic.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of motorcycles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
• Complete warranty work per manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct health checks and identify additional work.
• Ensure timely completion of work.
• Maintain workshop documentation and records.
• Collaborate with Service Department to deliver great customer service.
• Follow health and safety procedures and manufacturer standards.
