Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a reputable motorcycle dealership in Cannock for a Motorcycle Technician role. The position offers a competitive salary up to £34,000, a performance bonus scheme, and access to accredited training to advance your skills in a trusted, customer-focused environment.

The role involves diagnosing, servicing and repairing motorcycles, performing routine maintenance and using diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• NVQ/IMI Level 2 qualification preferred.
• 2-3 years' practical experience on motorcycles.
• Valid UK motorcycle driving licence; MOT licence advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair motorcycles following manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct detailed inspections to identify faults, damages and issues.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake adjustments and tyre rotations.
• Use diagnostic tools to detect electrical and mechanical faults.
• Communicate repairs and maintenance needs clearly with customers.
• Order parts and components required for repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
• Keep up to date with new technologies and industry developments.
