Job description

East Coast Powersports Ashburton is the Mid-Canterbury dealership of Can-am, CF Moto and Sherco Motorcycles. This is a new position for another mechanic to join our awesome team.

Our in-house workshop services the full range of ATVs, Side-by Sides and 3-Wheel on-road motorbikes for Can-am as well as ATVs, Side-by sides and 2 wheel on-road motorbikes for CFMoto, and off-road enduro Motorbikes for Sherco. We offer servicing to all makes and models of motorcycles and Jet-skis.

We have a large, spacious workshop with multiple hoists and work areas. Our team have access to all the service manuals for our Brands and we offer ongoing training specific to our brands to ensure we are offering the best service to our customers.

We have on-farm servicing that the successful candidate would be required to do from time to time which involves driving our well equipped Ford Transit to the clients farm to undertake basic servicing and repairs.

East Coast Powersports Ashburton is owned by a local family and is a small team that all work hard to offer our clients an excellent service but enjoy a laugh together as well.

To be successful in this role you:

• Are a Fully qualified Mechanic - you can be an automotive mechanic, we can support you with training regarding motorcycles.
• Have a clean full drivers licence - having a motorcycle is a bonus but not essential for a start.
• Are happy to welcome and chat to our customers and committed to providing the best service to our customers
• Are punctual, have a tidy work space and pride yourself on your high quality workmanship.
