Padgett’s Motorcycles are a family run business based in Batley, West Yorkshire established in 1958. We are the longest standing Honda, Suzuki & Yamaha Dealership in the country with over 60 years of experience with each manufacturer. We also have the honour of being appointed a Honda HRC Service Shop (the first in the world outside of Japan!) and a GYTR Pro Shop by Yamaha UK one of only 4 in the country!

Padgett’s Motorcycles are looking for a Motorcycle Technician to join our ever-growing aftersales team. The main responsibilities of this role will be:

• To carry out new motorcycle Pre Delivery Inspections to manufacture specification.
• To service and repair motorcycles in compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Working to deadlines to ensure that work is completed on time.
• Use manufacture issued diagnostics equipment to help diagnose faults.
• Prepare motorcycle health-checks to manufacture standards.
• Complete Honda, Suzuki & Yamaha training courses (both on-line & off-site).
• To comply with and maintain company policies, standards and procedures relating to quality and customer care within the workshop department; and anything else deemed necessary.

The candidate will be a qualified technician and have a full motorcycle licence as well as good technical experience of modern motorcycles.

Our working week is Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm and every other Saturday 8.30am until 4.30pm.
