Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Tutor in Newcastle to deliver engaging tuition for learners aged 16-18. The role relies on your practical motor vehicle industry knowledge to develop learners' practical skills and understanding, with a focus on real-world applications.

This is a full-time, long-term position, paid on PAYE. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications in Motor Vehicle or related specialism, plus prior teaching or tutoring experience and strong

Job Title: Motor Vehicle Tutor
Location: Newcastle
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £150 - £190 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a setting in Newcastle that supports young people aged 16 - 18. The setting is looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Tutor who can use their tuition and industry knowledge to engage learners and support their development.

The setting is looking to take on a Motor Vehicle Tutor on a full-time, long-term basis. The successful Motor Vehicle Tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging motor vehicle tuition to learners aged 16 - 18, using their practical motor vehicle experience to support learners in developing their knowledge and skills.

The successful Motor Vehicle Tutor will have:

• Relevant qualifications within Motor Vehicle or a related specialism


• Previous tuition or teaching experience


• Previous experience working within the motor vehicle industry


• Experience supporting young people aged 16 - 18


• Strong communication and engagement skills


• A positive and adaptable approach
