Northgate Vehicle Hire in Birmingham is seeking a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our expanding workshop. You will operate in our newly equipped premises and work under a skilled Workshop Manager and Workshop Controller to service and repair a mix of company-owned and fleet-managed vehicles.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician required.
• Experience with fleet vehicles is advantageous.

• Work with the Workshop Manager and Workshop Controller for guidance and mentorship.
• Service and repair a mix of company-owned and fleet-managed vehicles (circa 800 vans; 90-95% LCVs, 5-10% cars).

Salary: £43,639 pa OTE (basic £37,639k pa + £6,000 pa OTE bonus + Overtime)and take advantage of our exceptional £3,000 ‘Golden Hello’.

Weekly Hours:42.5 hours / Day Shifts Only. As and when required overtime is available and this is paid at time and half.

You’ll be working on a mixture of company owned and fleet managed vehicles, withguaranteed work from our National and Regional Key Accounts - circa 800 vans. The fleet is made up of90-95% LCVsand5-10% cars, ensuring consistency, security and the chance to enhance your skills across a variety of vehicle types.
