Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to vehicle maintenance and repair. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Duties:
– Perform vehicle inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
– Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in vehicles
– Repair and replace faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems
– Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts as needed
– Use schematics and technical manuals to guide repair and maintenance work
– Maintain accurate records of repairs, services, and parts used
– Utilize power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to complete tasks
– Weld or fabricate components when necessary
– Conduct test drives to ensure proper functioning of repaired vehicles
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
– Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
– Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
– Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment
– Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.

Salary will be based on your experience and qualifications i.e.,

Service Tech / Fitter
Mot Tester / Technician
Master Tech / EV Hybrid

Necessary training and job guidance including technical data, diagrams and technical help will be provided.

Work Hours:

Mon- Fri 8:30 – 17:30
Saturday 8:30 – 14:00 (every other Saturday)
