Our client, the best motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced MOT Tester/Technician.

Salary: £31,200 Basic

Bonus: £4,000 on offer

Working Hours/Days: Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm (Rota)

Role: To conduct MOT inspections, issue MOT documentation, ensure security of MOT certification process, and implement the MOT scheme in compliance with Vehicle & Operator Services Agency (VOSA) and company requirements.

1. Tyres
2. Wheel Alignment
3. Exhausts
4. Batteries
5. Welding / Cutting
6. Basic & Advanced Suspension
7. Basic & Advanced Brakes

The ideal candidate would be a team player who is happy to help out when not completing MOT tests.

About the Candidate:

1. MUST hold a valid MOT licence
2. A full UK driving licence
3. Own your own tools
4. To be able to act on your own initiative and take responsibility for the quality of your own work
5. To behave in accordance with our clients' core values and principles, and treat people with respect and courtesy
6. The willingness to constantly learn and be able to improve your own performance
