Job summary

Harrogate College is recruiting a Technician in Motor Vehicle to join our team. The role supports the Motor Vehicle department by preparing vehicles for lessons, assisting with practical spaces, and maintaining a safe, productive workspace. Some administrative duties are also involved.

The position is ideal for someone with a passion for the motor vehicle sector who wants to help train the next generation of technicians, in a facility undergoing exciting expansion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workshop spaces and equipment to a professional standard.
• Support with practical workshops.
• Monitor and replenish stock.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve targets and develop their skills to enable progression.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with learners and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.
