Here at Tottington Mot Centre Ltd, we are currently looking to recruit a fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician to join our growing small family business and motivated team.

The successful candidate must have indepth knowledge of a variety of vehicles, including both the motor and mechanical elements, the ability to work individually and as a team, to have an enthusiastic approach to resolving vehicle problems, and to have excellent customer care skills.

Motor Vehicle Technician Key Responsibilities:

1. To be able to undertake services and maintenance repair to vehicles to the highest standard.
2. To be able to remove and fit engines, clutches, and gearboxes.
3. To be able to carry out road tests to identify potential issues or to ensure proper functioning after repairs.
4. To be able to work effectively and efficiently.
5. To effectively time manage and be able to meet deadlines.
6. To be able to organise workload.
7. To ensure health and safety is adhered to at all times.
8. To ensure all work is carried out to a high standard.
9. Maintain a clean working environment.

Required Education and Skills:

1. Level 3 motor vehicle qualification.
2. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a motor vehicle technician.
3. Future opportunity for MOT training will be provided to develop your skills and advance your career within our company.
4. Full UK driving licence is essential.

Salary to be discussed.

Job Type: Full time, permanent.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday 9am - 12:30pm
