Motor Vehicle Technician

Franchised Motor Dealership - Wirral

Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy site on the Wirral. Working with one of the largest groups in the UK, this is a role you don't want to miss!

Salary: £28,000 to £39,000 (depending on experience)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Saturdays are on a 1 in 3 rota and paid as overtime.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, adhering to manufacturer standards and guidelines to ensure reliability and safety.
2. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements.
3. Provide expert technical advice to customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
4. Maintain excellent customer service standards to foster trust, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
5. Collaborate effectively with the service reception team and workshop control to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
6. Support and guide fellow Technicians in the workshop, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
