Motor Vehicle Lecturer
Lancashire
Up to 46,014 p/a
Full-time, permanent

We are working with an education provider in the Lancashire area who is seeking a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

As a lecturer, you will be part of a curriculum team, contributing to the growth and development of the Motor Vehicle programmes within the Technical Centre. Responsibilities include focusing on retention, pass rates, student achievement, pastoral support, curriculum design and development, and ensuring high-quality provision.

The starting salary for this position is up to £41,014 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience). The package includes a teacher's pension (employer contributions of 28.68%), in-house training, and 48 days paid holiday (including statutory holidays).

To be eligible, you MUST have:

• A Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification
• A teaching qualification

An additional payment of up to £5,000 pro-rata per annum (reviewed annually) will be payable to successful candidates who also have:

• Two days of CPD industry experience annually
• Level 3 award in electric/hybrid vehicle system repair and replacement
• MOT tester or manager course (or working towards it)
• Level 1 award in Hydrogen Vehicle Awareness (or working towards it)
