Motor Trade Service Advisor – Main Dealer Opportunity | Christchurch Area

What’s on Offer
  • Salary: Up to £32,000 basic
  • Bonus: £400 per month for hitting performance targets
  • Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays
  • Main Dealer Opportunity: Work with leading brands and industry-standard systems
  • Career Progression: Opportunities to develop within a growing dealership
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm; 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers booking, collecting, and enquiring about service and repair work
  • Liaising with technicians and management to ensure efficient workshop operations
  • Providing accurate service estimates, managing appointments, and maintaining service records
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the service journey
  • Promoting additional products and services to meet dealership targets
About You
  • Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role within the motor trade is desirable, but full training can be provided for the right candidate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Customer-focused, professional, and reliable
  • Able to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail
