Parts Advisor – Permanent
Llanelli
Full-Time | Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Alternate Saturdays 07:00–12:00

Venatu Automotive is currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a busy and well-established team in Llanelli on a permanent basis.

Role Overview:

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of the parts department. You’ll be responsible for ordering, receiving, and issuing parts while delivering a high level of service to customers and internal departments.

Key Duties:

  • Interpreting customer needs and supplying correct parts.
  • Ordering and checking stock, updating systems accurately.
  • Handling deliveries, returns, and pre-picking for workshop jobs.
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service in person and by phone.
  • Supporting stock control and warranty returns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a parts or automotive role is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Computer literate with good attention to detail.
  • A clean UK driving licence is an advantage.
