Motor Mechanic

Hours: 40 hrs p/w Monday to Friday, on a rota basis, with a 4-day week from 7am to 5:30pm. Overtime available on days off, paid at time and a half.

Discover our flagship branch at Northgate Vehicle Hire, located next to the M8 motorway and a large shopping centre. This state-of-the-art facility features 9 ramps for efficient vehicle maintenance. We also house Auxillis, providing comprehensive vehicle hire and accident management services.

About you: As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our vehicles to ensure safety and legal compliance. Candidates should be Level 2 Qualified Technicians with at least 3 years of experience or fully qualified Level 3 Technicians/Mechanics.

Training opportunities: Our internal IMI-accredited training department offers upskilling in hybrid and EV vehicle repair, brake systems, electrics, and more. Level 2 technicians can undergo a training needs analysis to develop a personalized training plan.
