What Is the Opportunity?

We are looking for an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join our Redhill office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage motor claims from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and excellent customer service. Prior experience in motor claims handling and knowledge of relevant regulations are required.

Travelers Europe offers flexible hybrid working: three days in the office and two days remote, subject to company policy.

What Will You Do?

  1. Analyze and apply policy coverage accurately to all assigned claims.
  2. Investigate claims thoroughly.
  3. Negotiate and settle claims proactively, reserving claims accurately.
  4. Manage external vendors, monitor service quality and costs.
  5. Authorize claim payments within authority limits.
  6. Maintain accurate data records.
  7. Build effective relationships internally and externally.
  8. Support team members and participate in projects.
  9. Communicate actions and insights with managers and colleagues.
  10. Engage in training and development activities.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
