We are seeking a talented individual to join our Motor Claims team here at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Leeds on a hybrid basis, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills.

We will rely on you to:

  1. Investigate and process motor insurance claims
  2. Communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
  3. Assess claims validity and ensure timely settlements
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support

What you need to have:

  1. Previous experience in insurance claims handling is preferred
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  5. Proficiency in using claims management software
