A leading insurance company in the UK is seeking a Claims Fraud Investigator to prevent and investigate insurance claims fraud. You'll manage case portfolios, conduct investigations, and work with law enforcement. The role offers a salary of circa £29,300 and includes hybrid working options along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Role: Claims Fraud Investigator (Hybrid)
Location: Bournemouth, Leeds or Ipswich (on-site one day per month). The office in Ipswich will move to Chelmsford in 2026, so Chelmsford should be within reasonable commuting distance for applicants.
In this role, you’ll prevent, investigate, and detect insurance claims fraud by managing case portfolios, providing business referral support, and collaborating with external organizations like the Insurance Fraud Bureau and law enforcement agencies. You’ll also make key decisions on retaining referrals for the Claims Crime Prevention Teams, ensuring genuine claims are returned promptly with clear feedback.

Pay: Circa £29,300 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
