About the Role
As a Consultant, Motor Claims, you'll play a crucial role in making the world safer by managing claims portfolios in a professional and proactive manner. You'll ensure legislative requirements and policy directives are followed, contributing to IAG’s vision of making your world a safer place. You will effectively answer customer calls, manage the inception and management of claims, and resolve disputes.
You'll also discuss and negotiate settlement options with customers, ensuring every interaction delivers an exceptional customer experience. This is a Full-Time role with flexibility, and you can expect to handle a variety of claims and customer enquiries daily.
Successful candidates will work from offices based in Melbourne or Sydney with some flexibility to work from home after the training period. The starting date for these positions will be 7th April 2025 with your IAG journey commencing with a comprehensive, 12-week induction (fully paid). Please note full commitment to the training period is essential.
The working hours for this role will be between 8:30 am - 5 pm.
