Robert Half are looking for end to end Motor Claims Handlers to join a rapidly growing business within their claims handling team.

The role will be 100% remote

This role will involve speaking with customers to ensure their Motor Claims are handled in a professional & empathetic manner, guiding customers through the insurance process to completion.

Requirements

• 3 + years experience of Motor claims - repair, capture, intervention, 3rd party & property damage
• Claims processed / involving the MOJ and OIC
• Experience in credit hire negotiations.
• Ability to handle claims from 'cradle to grave'
• Ability to deal with delegated authority and client philosophies
• Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data and make sound decisions based on established guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Desire to engage in learning opportunities and continuous professional development
