Job summary

Bolton Motorcycles, a multi-franchised motorcycle/scooter dealer based in Bolton and part of the Moto GB group, is seeking an experienced sales person to join our small team in Bolton. We are a family-run business with strong links across the UK bike industry.

The role focuses on managing new and used motorcycle sales enquiries, driving online and phone leads, and expanding sales of clothing, accessories, and finance options while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role with targets.
• Ability to sell on value and affordability.
• Willing to work weekends on a rota.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop all new and used motorcycle sales enquiries.
• Maximise lead opportunities both online and over the phone.
• Ensure that all individual key target objectives are met.
• Maximise the sale of clothing, accessory and finance options as part of the sales process.
• Aim to achieve a high level of customer experience each and every time.
• Use established follow up and prospecting procedures to maximise customer loyalty and retention.
• Assist management in maintaining showroom policies and advertising.
• Manage our social media systems with daily updates.
