Job summary

Newcastle United is seeking a Motion & Video Designer to create high-quality motion design, animation and video content across club campaigns, partnerships and matchday assets. You will work within the Creative team, translating briefs into engaging, brand-aligned motion content that strengthens supporter storytelling across social, digital, matchday and broadcast environments.

You'll collaborate with production teams and external partners to ensure top-notch final delivery while developing

Qualifications

Experience in motion design, animation and video editing.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality motion graphics, animation and video assets for Club and partner campaigns, matchday content, merchandise launches and digital/social channels.
Translate briefs into engaging motion-led content that meets brand standards.
Animate existing design systems across formats and platforms.
Support concept development, animation direction and visual storytelling.
Contribute motion-led ideas to campaigns and creative reviews.
Collaborate with production teams, editors, agencies and suppliers to ensure final delivery.
Maintain high standards across animation, transitions, typography and visual effects.
Develop reusable motion systems and templates to improve consistency and efficiency.
Stay current with developments in motion design, sports broadcasts and digital storytelling.
