The Role
The Growth & Marketing team at Trilitech is the engine that helps drive growth for Tezos. Our mission is centred around promoting unique content that mirrors the values of the Tezos ecosystem and deeply resonates with our audience. As content creation becomes central to our strategy, you will be instrumental in driving Tezos' success through compelling video content.

If you're passionate about storytelling, have expertise in video editing and motion graphics, and thrive on pushing creative boundaries, then you are the ideal candidate for this role. You will be working with an equally talented and innovative team with the goal of delivering exceptional design solutions.

What you'll do

• Editing raw footage into high-quality videos that effectively convey the intended message and brand identity
• Creating visually compelling motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content and engage viewers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative video solutions
• Collaborating with creative team members to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and storyboard projects
• Demonstrating expertise in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g. Adobe After Effects) to bring concepts to life
• Incorporating sound design and music selections to enhance the overall impact of video projects
• Organising and managing project files, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects
• Adapting quickly to feedback and revisions, ensuring that final deliverables meet or exceed expectations
• Maintaining strong attention to detail throughout the editing process to ensure accuracy and consistency in the final product
• Ensuring high quality and accuracy of the final product while also supporting additional post-production tasks such as colour correction, audio mixing, and compositing as required
• Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Web3 and blockchain to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency

What you'll need

• Demonstrable experience as a Video Editor and/or Motion Graphics Designer
• Robust portfolio highlighting video editing and motion graphics abilities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Creative mindset aligned with client objectives
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with animation principles is a nice-to-have
