JOB SUMMARY

We’re seeking a visionary Motion Graphics Art Director to join our dynamic media team based in Milton Keynes. Reporting directly to our Creative Director, you’ll work closely with fellow designers, animators, creatives, and our clients to bring bold, innovative ideas to life through compelling, on-brand, motion graphics and visuals. The ideal candidate possesses an expertise in graphic design and visual communications in experiential-built environments and entertainment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and art direction for motion graphics projects.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand and client goals.
• Oversee the execution of motion pieces from storyboard to final delivery and installation.
• Guide, inspire, and mentor teams through producing top quality work at every level.
• Maintain world-class visual quality, with attention to details, consistency, and innovation.
• Recommend new and innovative practices and methods for achieving high quality, groundbreaking work.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in motion graphics, with a strong portfolio of realized projects, studio team interaction, and client experience.
• World-class examples of art direction within motion design or animation.
• Demonstrative expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and at least one market recognized 3D software.
• Strong storytelling, typography, and design sensibility.
• Experience in editing, sound design, or live-action integration.
• Illustration skills.
• Familiarity with emerging formats (AR, VR, interactive media, AI, Unreal Engine).
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
