Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать концепции движения, сюжеты и раскадровки на ранних этапах проектов

• Производить бренд- и промо-ролики, reels, объяснения, кампании и контент для соцсетей

Описание: Pony is a London-based branding agency that creates brand identities and digital experiences for ambitious technology companies around the world. Its work helps fast-growing technology companies scale, stand out and lead their categories.

• Develop motion concepts, narratives and storyboards from the earliest stages of projects;
• Create motion systems that give brands distinctive personalities and behaviours;
• Produce brand films, launch films, reels, explainers, campaigns and social content;
• Design animated typography, logo motion, transitions, graphic systems and expressive brand moments;
• Create motion for websites and digital products, including UI interactions and transitions;
• Collaborate with brand designers and contribute ideas rather than simply animating finished designs;
• Contribute icons, illustrations, presentations and other visual assets when useful;
• Experiment with 2D, 3D, AI and emerging tools to explore creative possibilities;
• Present ideas to clients and explain the thinking behind creative decisions;
• Own projects from concept through final delivery.

Требования:

• Have a portfolio demonstrating exceptional motion craft, strong visual taste and range;
• Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and understand the idea before animating;
• Have excellent storytelling and storyboarding skills;
• Understand timing, pacing, choreography, easing, composition and typography;
• Have strong brand sensibility and understand how motion expresses personality, meaning and emotion;
• Have expert knowledge of After Effects and confidence with a broader motion toolkit;
• Have strong graphic design fundamentals, particularly typography, layout and composition;
• Understand brand, UI, illustration and digital design, and how motion works within each;
• Take ownership, work independently, identify what needs doing and move it forward without constant direction;
• Be resourceful, figure out how to create unfamiliar work, and work quickly without sacrificing craft;
• Communicate effectively, present ideas confidently and respond to feedback;
• Show genuine curiosity about AI and emerging creative technology;
• Be comfortable making decisions independently, collaborating without constant direction, and turning loose ideas into fully formed work;
• Nice to have: experience with Cinema 4D, Rive, Lottie, Figma and AI video tools.
