Job summary

Kinetics Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Motion Designer to design and animate high-quality Lottie JSON micro-interactions for mobile apps and digital products.

You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, create motion concepts, and deliver lightweight, brand-aligned animations across iOS and Android, with a weekly production timeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Bodymovin/Lottie, and vector workflows.
• Experience with FMCG, e-commerce brands is a plus.
• Ability to convert static designs into engaging micro-animations.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and motion in user journeys.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with weekly deliverables.
• Strong portfolio showing Lottie animations or app-centric motion.
• Experience creating illustrations when brand assets are unavailable.
